WoodDrop's delivery hours are the times within which you can book a delivery window. Support queries are answered as quickly as possible within these hours.
What should I include in my message?
For order queries, include your order number (shown in your WhatsApp confirmation) and a brief description of the issue. For return or refund requests, a photo of the wood alongside your order number is the fastest way to get a resolution.
For general questions about wood types, quantities, or delivery areas, just ask — no order number needed.
How do I enquire about becoming a WoodDrop supplier?
Supplier enquiries should be sent by email to [email protected] with the subject line "Supplier application". Include the types of wood you supply, your approximate capacity, and how long you have been operating. We'll reply within two business days.
